Just follow the 4 simple steps to make your booking:
1. CHECK AVAILABILITY
Contact one of our sales executives who will find an available cruise date for you. Once agreed, your sales executive will confirm back to you your reservation and send you all the details to complete the booking (Guest Details Form (for passport numbers, special dietary requirements etc), your invoice, different ways to make your payment etc).
2. SEND DEPOSIT
To confirm your reservation a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required (if there is less than 60 days before departure date then payment in full is required).
Once we have received your deposit we will send you an email confirming your booking.
3. SEND US YOUR DETAILS
Complete the Guest Details Form and email it back to us.
4. PAY THE BALANCE
The remaining balance (70%) is required 60 days prior to departure date. Once we have received the remaining balance we will send you an email for confirmation. At this time we will also send you a Pre-Trip Information Pack containing useful information to help prepare you for your trip (details of arrival in Ecuador, who will meet you, transfer to hotel, climate, currency, electricity, etc, etc).

Everything is now organized. On your arrival we will meet you at the airport.
